Who am I

Strength & conditioning coach with 30 years of experience in competitive sports and 10 years of coaching experience.

As a personal trainer, physiotherapist, and strength & conditioning coach with ASCA level 2 PRO accreditation, I combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience gained while working with top MMA athletes and footballers playing in the world's best leagues, such as Premier League, Bundesliga, Serie A, LaLiga, Super League Greece, SüperLig, Eredivisie, MLS, and Ekstraklasa.

Several of my athletes are members of the Polish national football team.
