Cooperation

Online Cooperation

We always start online cooperation with a visit to PoznaΕ„ and strength & conditioning skills tests. This allows me to accurately assess your current form and create a personalized training plan based on the collected data.

Stage 1 - Testing in PoznaΕ„

1. Strength Measurements - Local and Global

Scope of assessment:
We evaluate both the strength of individual muscle groups (local strength) and complete movement patterns (global strength). By combining dynamometer, Force Plate platform, and VALD devices (including NordBord), we can precisely measure:

  • Eccentric and concentric strength of muscle groups (e.g., hamstrings, quadriceps, calves, hips)
  • Strength differences between limbs (asymmetries)
  • Strength profile in kinematic chains (e.g., entire lower limbs during squats)
  • Maximum, relative, and isometric strength
  • Time to achieve maximum force (Rate of Force Development)
  • Strength in specific sport positions (e.g., sprinter's starting position, defensive position in soccer, etc.)

2. Power Measurement in Sport Movements

Scope of assessment:
Measurement of power in discipline-specific movements, including analysis of explosive and reactive power. Force Plate platforms allow us to measure:

  • Maximum power in vertical and horizontal jumps
  • Reactive power in the stretch-shortening cycle (Reactive Strength Index)
  • Leg stiffness index
  • Power during start and acceleration
  • Takeoff and landing dynamics
  • Analysis of the explosive phase in squats, jumps, or Olympic lifts
  • Asymmetries in power generation between left and right legs

3. Biomechanical Assessment

Scope of assessment:
Complete 3D analysis of posture and movement using the Human Track system. This allows us to:

  • Accurately assess joint positioning during movement and at rest
  • Identify compensations and incorrect movement patterns
  • Determine range of motion in joints
  • Check stability and movement control in dynamic tasks
  • Evaluate movement technique for efficiency and injury prevention
  • Analyze the biomechanics of running, direction changes, braking, and landings

Stage 2 - Online Cooperation

After testing, we move on to training sessions tailored to your club schedule and goals.

πŸ“Œ Training customized to your form and goals – also includes posture correction, injury prevention and support in case of injuries

πŸ“Œ Individual 4-week plan – training sessions sent regularly, adjusted based on your daily reports

πŸ“Œ Video analysis – real-time technique correction

πŸ“Œ Daily contact – constant support and progress monitoring

Strength & Conditioning Skills Tests for Groups

For sports teams, I offer a comprehensive analysis service of parameters obtained during tests on the Force Plate platform. The solution provides a detailed report that serves as a foundation for improving individual and team sports achievements.

WHAT DOES THE TEST REPORT INCLUDE?

βœ… Test parameter analysis

βœ… Z-score statistics for the team

βœ… Training guidelines

βœ… Summary and comparison

After receiving the report, there is an option to create a detailed training plan adapted to the analysis results. Additionally, I offer the possibility of a comprehensive report review during a face-to-face meeting with coaching staff members. πŸ’° The cost of such a meeting is 1000 PLN (net).
