We always start online cooperation with a visit to Poznań and strength & conditioning skills tests. This allows me to accurately assess your current form and create a personalized training plan based on the collected data.
Stage 1 - Testing in Poznań
During our meeting we will perform:
✅ Force measurement using force plate (Hawkin Dynamics)
✅ Muscle strength measurement with advanced dynamometer (TrueStrength – Hawkin Dynamics)
✅ Biomechanical analysis of running, direction changes, braking and landings
✅ Running speed measurement at distances of 5/10/15 m
🛑 I don't start cooperation without prior testing - it's a matter of professionalism and respect for the athlete
Stage 2 - Online Cooperation
After testing, we move on to training sessions tailored to your club schedule and goals.
📌 3 training units per week – adapted to your club workload
📌 Training customized to your form and goals – also includes posture correction, injury prevention and support in case of injuries
📌 Individual 4-week plan – training sessions sent regularly, adjusted based on your daily reports
📌 Video analysis – real-time technique correction
📌 Daily contact – constant support and progress monitoring

Strength & Conditioning Skills Tests for Groups
For sports teams, I offer a comprehensive analysis service of parameters obtained during tests on the Force Plate platform. The solution provides a detailed report that serves as a foundation for improving individual and team sports achievements.
WHAT DOES THE TEST REPORT INCLUDE?

After receiving the report, there is an option to create a detailed training plan adapted to the analysis results. Additionally, I offer the possibility of a comprehensive report review during a face-to-face meeting with coaching staff members. 💰 The cost of such a meeting is 1000 PLN (net).
